I know there are lots of ways but can u tell me the best ones.

if you're a man. u go thru all you're procedures.
As far as i know, Guys don't take any help from other's in this matter.
All guys feel proud of themselves and they do that right!
Go ahead and apply your thoughts. And learn thru mistakes.
My advice to you is to Don't Run For A Woman. Let the woman run for you!
Cuz' being loved is better than asking for love!
