I suggest that the vegetarianism is a good practice to live a healthy life. I am a vegetarian since 7 years ago. As a buddhist, I think that killing another living being is a sin. When I started to learn about this world, about buddhism, about history and litereature, I think I became more sensitive. I realized that the freedom of living is a right of every living being, not only a human right. I stopped helping those who earn money for their living by killing innocent animals, by becoming a vegetarian. I would like to invite everyone to share your feelings about this topic. Thank you for reading my suggestion.

medically speaking, evrything that is too much in this world is bad for you.evrything that is lower is also bad for you.therefore, you just needed to be level at both sides.or to be in the middle of evrything.for example, eating too much of pork can give you hypertension or HB.but you also need protien in your body.yes you can get protien from eating vegies but not enough or the kind of protien that you could get from eating pork or meat.
same thing as eating too much vegies, yes it could give you a lot of benefits.but dont you think eating to much of it could also be bad for you?
my point here my friend is that, yes you could eat as much vegies as you want but you should also eat some meat protien on your diet to keep it balance.that is what is called a healthy balance diet.hope you got some point on my comment.more power...good luck...
