A mother and son were washing dishes while the father and daughter were watching TV in the room. Suddenly, there were a crash of breaking dishes, then complete silence. The girl look at her father and said, "It was mom." "How did you know?" asked her father. "She didn't say anything."

She guessed it right, ha, ha...if it were the son, mom would have already shrieked..horrified because her favorite glasswares are broken, gone.. that only shows that moms are really the "speaker of the house" and they nag at the slightest mistake. I am also guilty of this at times. One time I spilled my glass of water, then my son commented that if it were him who spilled it, he would get a tongue lashing from me...I guess he was right, and I feel so guilty...

;) interesting fact there. i should agree with the daughter saying that it was her mom who broke the dishes. Parents won't keep the silence when their son or daughter drop something. Either they will get mad or they will voice out to ask them to be more cautious handling fragiles next time. broken dishes are acceptable than injuries though.
