do you use floss in cleaning your teeth?

I brush my teeth 2 times daily. One before going to bed and one when I wake up. In between I use floss to clean my teeth after every meal.

I hate to admit it but not as usual as I should. While I brush my teeth twice daily, more if needed, I'm guilty of only flossing two or three times a week. I believe they say you should floss at least once daily. ‹(°¿°)›
