Would you donate a kidney to a stranger while you are still living, if it would save the strangers life?

Certainly, I can donate my blood to strangers. I cannot donate my kidneys even to a know person, as I need them to maintain good health.

I think you can survive with One Kidney, I have seen people donste a Kidney.

I don't know if it was one of My family members maybe. I do plan to Donate my Organs when I die.
