what is life or what a life?

you all observes that as a man get older and older he or she comes close to the god and religion. is anybody know what is goal of our life . is it all about money,jalousy etc. . I think as a man get older he come to know that all the things behind which he was running is nothing for man .ultimately we all have to go at the palace of god and without anything we get in our life what do you think ? (once close your eyes and think about ur life and plz then write here i am sure it will be special experience for all of you) THANKS
