How can i stop spam mail in my email account?

i think there is not a solution to stop it completely. only thing you can do is to take precaution i.e you should not provide our email anywhere. be careful in providing your mail address a lots of spam site says they will not spam your mail...........lol..

Spam is very difficult to stop. You can mark that message as spam and it will be deleted by Gmail. You shouldn't give your email to sites you don't trust, at least give them another email, that not your main account. Don't share it on the internet and always be careful when giving your email to someone.

Well one thing I did was changed my email address used the same name just added some numbers to the end of it and now i do not recieve any spam at all of course I lost my email but no more Spam :-) Have a Great Day.
