I hate when they ask you to describe yourself. But I always say: I would describe myself as hardworking, honest, willing to go the extra mile. I believe that I am reliable and responsible. If I say I am going to do something,I will do everything in my power to accomplish what I said I would. I strive to complete my tasks earlier than my deadlines so that I can have the time to review my work and ensure that it has been completed as promised. I believe that when I give my word about something, I need to stand behind that promise. After all, when push comes to shove, the only thing that we truly have is our integrity and our word. If people cannot rely on our word, then we have no integrity and without integrity we have no honor. This is usually met with a favorable response. As far as how do I handle pressure, I always say that I thrive under pressure. I see it as a challenge. That under pressure we can learn the true measure of a person.
