money in call centeres , easy or difficult

Some of my friends work with leading call centeres in pune (india) ,the money being good , they work almost in night shifts and sleep in daytime , as we all know. But it seems some of them get problems with sleep and eating habits , as the whole world sleeps they start working , and when people are working they try to catch up sleep. They seem to miss the clock entirely and that seems to start with problems , money seems to flow good , they have credit cards , cash flow , and that too at a age when your mind wants to live life fully. Maximum youngsters who join call centres are pretty young , just out of college or below that , and when the money starts flowing in they seem not to understand what to do with it. I appreciate them for working hard but along with that they seem to drift away in life , they seem to use their money for instant fun . Its nobodys fault as they want to settle fast in life , but what about health , cos wealth is not everything .
