How do you get star ratings?

I am a newbie and I was just wondering how you get star rating and when you get a star rating does that mean you get paid more to post? I have only been getting like 1 penny to post so I was just curious. I am trying to get 100 to see if I get a star or not.
If you have any knowledge will you please post it now?

You get your star as soon as you hit 100 posts. I think that your rating does have some affect on your earnings, but I'm not sure on that.

Thank you, I am trying to earn a star rating and I was curious how this worked. I am almost up to 100 posts. I am working on it hard today.
