Do you consider job in BPO industry as career option or just a part time?

Doing permanent jobs in BPO's is a better option for career or a part time job is much better?
As in BPO's we have to work in shifts,and customers can insult us.there is no self respect in that type of job.
So what will u suggest?

Hi friend doing permanent job in BPO depends how you can adapt the environment. Means working in night shift. Because most people don't like to work in night shifts. And regarding customer insult is not a big issue the main issue is work in shifts. But one you have to put in your mind that BPO are the sunrise industry in India there are lots of career growth chances and no other industry to pay what a BPO sector pay and you can grow very fast.

i would like to consider it as a part time job. completely agreeing with you... there is neither any job satisfaction nor any respect. even theres no scope to explore your skills.

yes no satisfaction and no self respect....
me also in favor of part time jobs.
but also need a base of permanent job......necessary for evry one.
m i right?
