how much time do you take to sit on the throne? is your throne very comfortable? perhaps, someplace else like a spa, hotel or office? what do you do when your legs go numb? what other stuff can you do to make good use of the time?

I don't have this problem. I make sure I have plenty of fiber in my diet. I also put physillium husks in my morning shake for fiber and it keeps the plumbing working really well. I can only do the job at home or work as I could never get comfortable in a public place. But no need for me to read or anything else, swoosh and I am done.
