Hurt someone

Do u sometimes feel u want to hurt someone or do something nasty to them?
What do u do to clear away the feeling. I for one play games kill some demons fantasize i did something nasty & let it go.
What do u do?

yes, i sometimes feel that i want to hurt some one because they hurt me, i play games and stay alone for sometime and watch TV. to clear away that feeling.
