Can you sleep better if it's cold or hot in the room?

I can't seem to sleep if it's hot it's like I'm in a furnance! I have to be cold, not freezing but cold in order to go to sleep and sleep all night. I use a fan even when my central air is on,and sometimes in the winter i will crack my window so I can feel the cold breeze.
How about you?

I'm just like you. I cant sleep if I'm hot. We have the fan on all winter long and I never turn the heat on in our room. I prefer the room to be about 50 to 55 degrees. We had no heat all winter in our apartment and I slept wonderfully. Sometimes when I wake up my husband has the blanket wrapped around his bald head with just his face sticking out.

For me I have to be just right, not to hot and not to cold. If I had to pick I would pick hot cause trying to sleep in the cold is just to difficult to do for me. I have hard enough time falling asleep when it is just right. So, when it is cold it is just a miserable night.
