i think when u feel innerly or mentally satisfied then u can feel safe every where and when ever u go to a new place u think that it is not safe but after sometimes it becomes safe for u and ur family so understanding is a great aspect in this factor.

I live in the Netherlands, I must say I feel quite safe here as the crime rate compared to countries like the united states, mexico, south africa, etcetera is like close to 0.
