Does the Xenon Light improve your vision when driving at night?

do you think that you can se clearly with the xenon lights in your car while you are driving at night? I've read an article saying that it is forbiden, is it true?

I think that you can improve your vision, but the other drivers can't see if they be in front of you. I don't think that is forbiden...

i don't really think that you may harm other drivers. it might be more shining, but i don't think it will not allow then to see. it's more brighten, but i would like to know if it's forbiden, if you get some notive about it, please, let me know.

I heard it's forbiden from the 30.000K because it's the airplanes lights,
