who do you think is the most pervert anime character in entire anime series that you've ever seen. their quite many to mention, well aside from hentai of course. I think they are:
Jiraiya, happosai, kintaro oe, kami senni, kakashi (lol for reading icha icha paradise), onizuka, miroku, pon, ma-san, nube, jukai, kuribayashi, hideaki, carrot glaze, lupin, keitaro.
Lol, this is as far as i have remembered.

Only pervert anime characters? What about manga ones? ^^? Ah well since you just said anime, I'll post the ones I know anime only. XD
Muraki (Descendent of Darkness), Master Roshi(Dragonball), Oolong(Dragonball), Jounouchi(Yu-Gi-Oh!), Satoshi (DNAngel), Kaworu (Neon Genesis Evangelion) Yuki and Shuichi(Gravitation). That's all I can think of at the moment, thou my luck after I post this I will remember others! XD;;
hmm notice that most if not all are guys? Makes one wonder where the girl pervs are~ XDD

LOL i think those are all yaoi :P anyways accepted. yeah i like muraki how he harasses tsuzuki :P thanks for posting. manga is acceptable too ^.~

You know I didn't mean to put Yuki 'n Shuichi in there (forgot to erase the bishies ~_~) cause you said anime...but now that manga is acceptable I'll keep them there! Mainly cause both are perverts(to each other). XD;; Satoshi and Kaworu I threw in there cause of the fact the two are perverts just to main characters(poor Daisuke and Shinji) XDD Though one I think _could_ be a pervert if it wasn't for his age...The Digimon Kaiser from Digimon Zero Two, but once again only to the main character....why is Muraki the only yaoi-pervert that chases more than one guy? __
Ah and if its allowed Yoru, and Minato both from Sukisho (yes yes a Boys Love series but those two are perverts non the less! XD ) Also Dr.Ashino from Earthian (that guy was just plain pervert...not Muraki-perverted just creepy-pervert . ) and--you know I can't think of a single non-yaoi show I watched that had a pervert...except Shigure~
and Candid beat me to it! I was going to bring him up and she does before me! XD;
