Do you recommend me to message my 2 year old toddler?

If he doesn't like it, then I'd probably stop doing it.

massage is really good for the immune system and it is great to massage all ages but at 2 they get wiggly and want to play all you need to do is catch just the right time to do it maybe after bath time it is ok if your little one just wants to go go go that is normal do not fight to do it just try to work it in at a better time as time goes by it will get better

Not sure why you would want to message (or do you mean massage) a 2 year old? I've never heard of anyone doing that to their child that small. Obviously he's not keen on it so maybe you should stop trying :)

Massaging you mean? Massaging can be very beneficial for a sick child, but if he is uncomfortable being touched then I would not recommend pushing it. I would recommend finding out the root of why he does not want to be touched.
