are the pu**y cat dolls appropraite?

for little kids. my little cusin loves the "Pu**y cat dolls" and shes only 3 she has listen to them since she was 2 and she trys to dance and sing like them and she even wears her bathing suit top and her little skirt and watches there music videos and dances like them! do you think thats appropriate for a little toddler to listen and learn from?
