Grown-up Disease

Is it normal that grown-ups treat teens like we don't know anything at all? I was just in a business conference yesterday and everyone there thought i was the waiter or something. They looked and talked about me like i wasn't supposed to be there. And when a sample was passed to the crowd, the old man beside me didn't even have the courtesy of handing it to me but instead he gave it to the person next to me. How rude people can be. It wasn't until the end of the conference when the speaker called me to gve an inspirational message to those 30-7-y/o lowlifes about how i achieved what i achieved at such a young age while thier time is ending for they did not do anything when they had thier youth. Those stupid, poor, rude old people were really shocked when i stood up and went up to the stage. The man beside me nearly dropped his teeth. They certainly learned thier lesson but a lot haven't. I just hope and pray to God that these things won't happen to anyone again.

You'll probably see it happening a lot still, for some reason older people tend to look down on the younger generations as unknowingly or something whilst in reality they tend to be surpassed by them by far.

this happens to our everyday lives when older people see or project themselves as the most "knowledgeable" and "experienced" ones, boasting that they have many "lessons learned" in their lives and claiming that "they have been there in the direction we are getting headways." this notion have to be negated that's why i voted for younger sets of senators who i think have fresher minds and ideas. in fact i chose the KABATAAN partylist to be an active participant in the coming congress.
