So a muslim woman can't marry out of her faith.
So why is it ok for the man to be allowed to?
I would be interested to know why.

In the Islamic way, it's better to choose a Muslim spouse.
If it is not able to find or difficult, Muslim man can marry a Jew or a Christian women who believe in ONE God and do not posses hate towards Muslims/Islam.
Still Jews believe in One God concept clearly, But Christian One God concept differs and have three disciples for God, so marrying a Trinity believing Christian girl is doubtful.
A non-Muslim man can't marry a Muslim women, and A Muslim man can marry Jew/Christian believing in One God if such situations comes.
