Past Life Regression

Have you ever done Past Life Regression? What was your method? Did you see a profession? Unfortunately I cannot do hypnosis due to having a problem getting hypnotised... What was your past life?

i have actually never done this ... and i think it would be kinda scary but then again ... i tend to think sometimes that i have infact lived in a "past life" b/c ive been drawn to things that i dont normally care about in perticular ... idk ... i would love to know and have all the details to share ... but havent had a chance ... but like i said ... be cool though !

never done it but would love to find out about my past and past life. my life has been a big mistorie for me. the only thing tht i know about myself is where i was born, everything was made up when i was adopted from south america. so how would i go about doing this, do i have to go to someone or is it something tht i could do my self.
