we used to drink tap water too when i was still young. but as i grow older my fanily realize that most of the waters coming from the faucet are not safe to drink so we opted for a purified water, my mother bought a water purifier since its much cheaper and safer that buying from a refilling station. how about your family? do you drink tap water?

well i do drink tap water but thats only because i have a filter built right in so it gets rid of all the crap before coming out of it. my family has always had one and you really notice the difference when you are at someone elses house and the ask you if you want some water and its from the tap and all you smell is clorine and has an off taste

It was the same with us also my friend, i suppose before the water which was being supplied for drinking purpose was not that bad, so people all the people use to drink water satright from the faucet only.but now there is a lot of water related problems and diseases. so to safe oneself its better to opt for a purifier or so, to clean up the water before it is taken for drinking .now a days the water which is being supplied by the government, is so bad at times that they give a circular before hand to boil the water and then drink so that no problems are faced afterwards. we also boil and purify the water before drinking it. we never use it straight from the faucet.it is very risky now.

we all use to drink straight from the faucet but now times are changing because the water pipes hat we use to trust to transport our water straight to our homes are contaminated either by rust or the osmotic process of absorbing unwanted elements in the ground surrounding the pipes.water purifier is ok but alkaline water is better.

Before I used to. But not anymore this time. I need to drink safe clean water because I encountered some problems with my health lately. At home we buy distilled water for our kids. Most of the grown up people at home still drink tap water, at least they have stronger immune system to fight infections.

We have arsenic in our city water, so I prefer not to drink water from the tap, because it is not safe. Although it is more expensive, we drink bottled water.

yes but we use a water purifier to get rid of the germs in the water because we know that its not the most clean water so we have to be more careful in using it...

We normally filter our water before drinking it. It's not really advisable in our place where we come from to drink tap water.

I have drank water straight from the faucet before when there was really a need to drink water and there was no fitered water/boiled water. But that was during my schooldays when the water in my tumbler has finished. It taste funny but who care when you desperately thirsty after atheletic training.
