Re-learning to learn how live again

In the last few years i have changed tremendously! I know just from a variety of things i used to do that i no longer do. I used to cuss,i no longer cuss. i used to live and hang around areas and people that could and did help me to get myself in trouble,i no longer live those ways or in those places. I thought a whole lot differently about the law, and that i just didn't have to obey it. I know now today a difference of why i do obey the law, and have respect for those who properly uphold the law. I think so much differently about what life things i'm going thru now, and different answers than i would choose today compared to 3 years ago or even 5 years ago. Do any of you find that you have done such things in your life? EGJC,Latisha

Yup, I do find these changes in myself and you can also detect changes in your friends as well though to various degrees. Maybe it's part of growing up.

Yeah yeah...maybe growing up! It could also be differences in learning that we just don't want to except the consequences for many of those people,places,things,or choices we see aren't worth it. EGJC, Latisha

It is all part of growing up. I guess the rebellious phase of your life is over. Gone are the days where you test the limits of everyone's boundaries to see what you can get away with.
It is good that you came out of it a better person. It is always happening to everyone of us, albeit to a different scale of things.
Each stage of life we go thru, we will grow a little and will change our behavior somewhat to cope with the new phase in life. Most of the time, we are doing it unconsciously!

well however it all changed I'm just so glad it did,because i sure was losing myself there and didn't know which wa was up til I called upon Jesus to save me. Thank heaven he did!

No dear i don't have done such things in my life so far but as per as change is concern i too have changed myself for better from last 7-8 years i was very much shy i afraid to talk to others i even can't utter a single word if there is ahealthy discussion going on. my confidence level was very low. but thank god from my selfmotivation to change and self motivation i have imroved upon most of the area where i was lacking behind others and now living as respectable and fulfilling life

Yes it is definately thanks to God that you haven't gone thru some of these kinds of thing i spoke of, but at least you can see change in your life that is better for you to be happier.Your able to live more secure, great! Living respectable and fulfilling is a definate plus...keep it up! EGJC,Latisha
