Breaking Into Cars

As I was coming out of work I saw another employees car being broken into. It scared the crap out of me. How can people do that to others. This is the second time her car has been broken into this month. Bad luck on her part but I mean how can someone be so mean to another person. I just don't get it. How can people get off on that stuff.

That is a shame, I remember when it happened to me, you get so angry knowing that someone invaded your car and went through your stuff and damaged it too. Did the person get caught?
