Networking: A Problem or A Solution?

I just recieved mail from someone warning me of Load Networking Scam. He was really imposing that i shouldn't join that kind of industry. I used to think that this industry was just a scam. I was really, really close-minded about it. I mean who wouldn't be negative about it considering my parents and some relatives lost millions in this industry. And there a lot of news concerning the pyramiding scmas in network marketing. But now i am tempted to formally join a certain company whose products i am a user of. At first i was hesitant but i when i calculated the income, look at legal papers, met the owners themselves, it certainly was great. But still i thought it was to good to be true but then i also thought that if i am a user, it would be foolish of me not to join taking in mind the big discount a distributor has. So i joined but not for the income but for the product. A month after i joined (2 months after i started using one of thier products) a lot of people were asking about the change in me. The energy i have, my complexion even my look. And so i answered them. They instantly wanted the product and they bought from me. Then after a while they joined also. And without me noticing it i've earned a lot by just answering other people including friends's questions. So what's the big deal about this industry anyway? A lot say its a joke but a lot also say its a dream come true. All of this commotion about it really got me curious. I wonder if i should do it? What do you guys think? You got any info for me about the topic?
