Odd I've never had that be an issue before. My suggestion would be hold on to them till you have a few more points and then try again. If at that point it doesn't convert contact the management I'm sure they'll be happy to help and look into that for you. And thanks I'm already a member of most of those, however I would be happy to sign up under you on traffic-surfer! :)
