Rashes flaring up again

For the past few years, I have been having rashes on and off on my legs and arms. When the weather becomes hotter , I am more proned to rashes. The doctors I went to could only prescribed cream but no amount of applying will made it go away. I avoid seafood as not to aggravate the situation.
