I'm dreaming

I love to sleep, its my favorite thing to do, but sometimes sleep just doesn't come so easily {like right now 3:45 a.m.}. Anyway I just read something really weird on here and thought "wth, that was weird, maybe I am already asleep and dreaming". Do you ever in a really sleepy state see or hear something really off the wall and think "am I dreaming this?" Or sometimes do you wish some bad days were just a crazy dream?

Ya it often Happens with me, especially If I awake a bit late. Actully I dont awake late till night, because I love to rise early in the morning. But Some times I have work to complete so I have no option but awake late.
In such situation I some tim see something which is not there actully. Then I often wonder and mmutter "Am I Dreaming this???"

lol, I know the feeling..
Sleep is so important though.
And yeah it is nice to wake early in the morning, with the sun rising and the birds singing its nice.

You really have to seek out the causes for your insomnia and seek remedy to it .

I already know the cause, stress related. Green tea helps sometimes, its relaxing.
