The p2pTV software TVants is the best one available.

I have been watching sports/news/cartoon/series/etc with many p2ptv software, i think this is the best one available.
-the channels are up to date
-speed is stable
-interface is simple but comprehensive
-has english version
go and get it from www.tvants.com.
