I think it is good to try new blood. Otherwise, how are we going to unearth superstars like Sachin or Kapil? Its a good start. But, the blend should be right. The youngsters should start playing with the seniors. The seniors who don't perform will fall by the way. I think it is time the management start thinking about a replacement for Sehwag. Similarly, if the youngsters are not upto the mark they should be discarded.
