can it be fixed??

i bought an mp3 player,it name is "mpio" hd200 and when i first connected it with my pc,it worked and i looded it with some music,but afetr that,when i operate it it just stuck... and when i connected it with my pc the pc says"the device can not be operate" why is that?? i tried every thing including internet and also the software included with it but it doesn't work... can i fix it??

Have you tried formatting the drive and seeing. Are you able to see it in the devices list?

i don't see it in divice manager or divice list(my computer)so how can i formatt it??if i can't see it... the computer sayes "no drivers are installed or these device...

you must have got a cd with the player. try installing it through the cd. If there is no cd, then try it out on another PC with XP OS. you may be lucky.
