hey, I am determined to give up smoking so recently its only 2 sticks per day for me and earliar i was to smoke around 12 to 15 sticks and soon i hope the quantity will be zero.

none never started and never will, my first wife smoked and being a young couple with kids it sucked cause she smoked like a fiend and we were always broke. Plus kissing her after smoking was like licking an ashtray.
