Do you CRY when angry?

I cry when i am angry sometimes. Anger and tears are both emotions and sometimes they tend to mix up. But I dont always cry when I am angry - sometimes when i ama ngry i just scream and shout:)

this is the best that i can do when i am angry. i have the tendency to keep quiet and be alone when i am angry. when i am already alone, i cry. i let my tears roll down my eyes. i think it is healthier doing this than shouting at the person that you are angry with. i don't want to regret the things that i might say.

yes, i do cry when im angry. i get so emotional when im angry and tears easily flood up my eyes. i really dont like this to happen because the person that im angry at might have the idea that im weak because im crying but the truth is, im crying because im so mad! argh!

I cry when I have reached my boiling point of anger. And I hate it also. I have been told I am to sensitive, but I can't make it stop. I am slowly learning how to not reach the boiling point so I don't cry.

yes i cry when i'm angry and very nervous... and unfortunately in this period it happen very often.

I used to but now, I don't. I had long ago practiced putting my emotions under control. I realized that crying won't solve a matter. Besides, crying tend to give me headache and suck the energy out of me. I will take 100 deep breathes, sulk around, do something like cleaning my house. After a while, I'm back to my normal self again. I found that cleaning my house is a good therapy to ease my anger.

Many people have this type of problem. The problem is with the attitude of the behaving person. This type of situation will come when the person is in depression (or) the person should be sensitive. Sensitive people will always think in different ways to do a work. They feel that someone will understand them otherwise. I not always, but in sometimes use to cry while angry. It will happen automatically. I another situation also i use to cry, that is whenever someone tries to discourage me. Have a nice day leanette......... BYE............................

Yeah me too, I hate crying when I'm angry specially when I'm arguing with someone then all of a sudden my tears are coming out. It seems I feel I'm a looser coz I can't fight what I want, I felt that I'm weak.

I can relate! At my last job, I was dealing with people 40 to 50 years my senior and they were miserable so they let everyone they came into contact with miserable too...These a-holes would come scream at me for the littlest things and being in the position I was in, I had to address problems calmly & in a professional manner. Sometimes, after weeks of build up, I would cry b/c one can only take so much abuse. I would cry because I bottled up all these negative emotions these people were giving me and I wouldn't know how to express myself properly. I grew up with a smart mouth so I don't let people disrespect me but at some jobs you have to and you're suppose to take it with a grain of salt, but some people just say the nastiest things. So I would get so frustrated with myself, I would cry and the a-holes would take pleasure in thinking they made me cry!!

same here i just cant control my emotion even im fighting it tears will come down easily...

I cry when I am sad or desperate.But I dont cry when I am angry.

This must be a women thing, because my wife cries when she is angry. I just get ragging mad like I want to hit something. Usally I divert my anger by pounding on the bed or walking away.
