What are good and bad points of using computers?

Well, carpal tunnel and similar injuries are quite common, and if you don't use proper posture it's easy to injure your wrists and/or back. If you're constantly on a computer, your social skills probably slip. It's often harder to concentrate on something for a long time if you're used to the rapid-fire pace of Internet info. But I'm just playing Devil's Advocate -- I love my computers and I probably couldn't live without 'em.
