I have a mobile phone but I rarely use it . My husband and I got it more or less for emergency situations as our van breaks down a lot and often I would be stuck in the middle of the highway and trying to find a phone with all the children . I like the convience of a mobile phone but try not to use it unless I need to because it just adds up a bill too fast and becomes an easy way for people to call each other and then end up with such a big bill at the end of the month .

I can remember peaceful..LOL..Actually I tried giving up my cell phone for awhile and it has just become a part of me. I think I went nuts for about two weeks without it. It is my way to stay in touch with my family should they need me and not to have to run out after i am home to go get something they can call me and I pick it up on the way home. I guess it's just a part of life now kinda like the computer. I am always on it.
