Expectations

Expectations are important both for individuals and teams to perform good.If we set a goal,it helps develops high achievements.Aiming high becomes a way of life.If we expect high we will get small.If we fail many times our expectation will point to the victory.

it is true that if we have set our goals, we have something to work on. we strive in order to meet our goals and have our target realized. whether we managed to produce a 100% performance or just little of it, it is just fine. what matters most is that we have managed to come out with an achievement to boot.
