Speaking, writing, music.
Many people are very able with spoken word and get satisafction on that. Others need or prefer to write a letter or e-mail to get it done.
There are many ways, what's yours, tell us pls ;)

I express myself through writing and occasionally through music. I also doodle and draw. :-)
