Are you running Linux on any of your computers? What type of Linux are you running? I'm thinking about getting Ubuntu, what do you think about that?

Ubuntu is a good Distribution, Mint is also good which is based on Ubuntu. I say run it from cd first also you may want to try OpenSuSE.
