Start with a whole roteserie chicken. Use to your liking any injectors that you wish into the chicken and begin to heat up a deep-well grill. Open a can of your liking of beer and sit the chicken on top of it. Aloowing the chicken to stand on its own. cook for 2-3 hours depending on the heat of the grill until golden brown. mmmm good.
