How do you keep your home? I keep my place clean but i have three kids and it has got that lived in comfortable look about it for sure. I have been to some homes that are so neat and everything just so and u know i didnt feel comfortable at all you dont know if you should sit down or touch anything like it was sterile or something. Then you have the ones who cover everything in platic now that is impressive to sit on. I mean i keep things clean but there are extreme are there not. Then to we have homes that are just the opposite too lol. So how do you keep your home do you run a tight ship. Do you think that how you keep your home says something about the kind of person you are?

Mine is like yours- Clean always – I pick up each night before bed and do the major cleaning on the weekend morning- But it has a lived in look. Comfortable, sometimes cluttered- You can always tell if my daughter is working on a project because the kitchen table is cluttered with her papers- I don’t like the always perfect look- it’s like OMG—do you spend all your time cleaning? I prefer to spend my time outside playing with the family. Or riding bikes or something- I don’t feel comfortable in those types of homes either- I’ve never actually saw anyone that had plastic over their furniture- lol

I do think how you kep a home says a lot about a person, mine is neat and clean and most things are in there place, but it is an inviting place I want people to come in and be comfortable. We dont have kids at home but our grandkids come over often and we want them to run and play and not have to worry about breaking something.

My house is what I like to call lived in. It is clean but not spotless. Right now it is a mess. There are boxes everywhere. We are moving on the 25th. So everything is in disarray. I'm not looing forward to un-packing these boxes.
