Have you ever had moments when you feel like quitting, just giving up on everything! Well that's how I felt today, I think it's due to the fact that trying to run and maintain a business is so stressful even on a small scale. Just maintaining, balancing, designing, blogging, advertisement & promoting, placing orders, and pitching my ideas to stores seem to take a toll on me sum day's. I'm not saying that I'm going to give up. I'm just wondering has anybody felt that way before, and how did you cope with it?

Hi,
Sorry that no one got to you any sooner.
I feel like this sometiems and I think if someone said they didn't then they would be lying. You probably just feel like you are being pulled in all directions and should make some time really fro yourself. Even the simple things like turning off the phone and going for a nice bath with candles and all that lovely stuff.
Maybe you could say that every Tuesday night between 8pm and 10pm you will turn off phone and pc and spend sometime on yourself. YOu will probably find that for the first half hour your head will be all over the place but then you will start to get the benefit of it.
I know this sounds daft but things like laughing and stuff can really let you relaz and recharge the batteries so maybe you need to meet up with some of your funnier friends.
If you are worry ing that you really don't ahve the time for all this just think how much more productive you iwll be if you are more chilled out and less stressed.
Let me know what you think of these ideas.

Don't gather them up to much.
You need to set aside some time very week for this though cos it is amazing just how fast time travels past and you will be worked in to the ground with no motivation and what use will you be then.
You sound like a very important part of your business right now so you need to keep yourself in action!

I hear what your saying! The thing is, Is that i'm not a big part of the companie. I am my companie, it's my business, altough it's still considered a start up! It's all good, My motto: Those who work like a slave, shall eat like a king. I think that's why I find my self running into the ground trying to get it main stream. You advise was great it did relax me for a while, but it's back to business as usual.
Check out my site tell me what u think, n pass the word along (please)!

I've had moments when I've just wanted to be alone and be with my thoughts but never felt like giving up.
Running a business is a tough task as are other things in life, the key is maintaining a proper balance. Don't get to overwhelmed by any one thing and put things into perspective.....good luck and keep us posted.

Look into getting some help if you need it. By help I mean a co-partner, financing from a private investor and hire someone. I know you probably hate to bother your fam and friends but recruit them anyway.....good-luck and keep us posted.

Thanks for the advise! I'm tryin not to get too overwhelmed with the business. I'm just so determined to go main stream with my idea I find myself running ragged from time to time, but I've changed all that!
Thank You!
