hello ,dear all, Please help me to analyse below sentence,thanks a lot ! She means that I have always wanted everything to be well organized and neat. how to understand Have Wanted ,and To Be ?

She is elaborating on your want/ desire that you were expressing since long in the past. That is why, "have ...wanted" is used. Further, you wabt that everything should be "well organised and neat". That is why, "to be" is used. I hope it helps.

It means that She ( some woman) has expressed the idea that I (the speaker of the sentence) throughout life prefered that issues, belongings, things are in their rightful place, and the resulting environment, is neat. Because the sentence is so clear I wondered if you were joking?
