How did that happen?

I was checking my unresolved discussions and guess what? Two of the discussions I started for which I have already chosen best responses came back. How did that happen? Has this happened to you as well? And what do I do? Do I choose the best response again or just let it be?

I opened my 'unresolved discussions' one day last week to find an entire page of discussions for which I had previously chosen a 'best response.' I had to spend an hour going back through them, as some had numerous responses. I am not sure why this is happening!

Boy are you lucky I had 5 pages of them reappear a while back. I reworked a few of them and then I gave up. Now they have disappeared again.

I just checked my unresolved discussions to find that I have many pages. I know that I had already given best response to most of them. I should have only had a couple of pages to resolve.

I do not know how it happens, but this happened to me, too. Yes, I chose best response again.

Hello,Ivap0628,I also have same experience like you,after i have chosen the best response,the discussion will become unresolved again just when I refresh the page again.I think it is a glitch in mylot and we are not able to change it,as some other members are suffering from the same problems,hopefully mylot can fix up the glitch.
May be you can try chosing it again to see whether you can do it or not.
