are latinos or blacks better in dancing?

I think everyone is equal when it comes to dancing but in some families its a learned traight thats passed down. In alot of ethnic families dancing is part of life unfortunately it seems to be loosing ground as new generations happen. When my son was only 18 months old when he would hear a song on the radio that he liked he would shake his butt and go to the floor and back up where he learned it I have no idea but it was so funny to see him dancing in his diaper like that.
