I definitely would not want to be a celebrity. I am a pretty private person and would go nuts if I had people following me around constantly and watching my every move. I also wouldn't like having so much money, cause you'd never really know who your true friends are and who's just hanging around you cause of your money. I am happy with my life the way it is! :)

Thats true. The price of being very rich is so big that i cant tell if i want to be one. I know celebrities can have anything they want and perhaps do most of what they want. But i dont want my ever move to be numbered. I dont want to be a fake person who pretend things are all nice outside my house in front of a cam. It would be nice when we have al the money and not worry or have probelms. But im sure everybody have problems, especially celebrities.

I wouldnt mind being a celebrity at all, never having to worry about money again is what we all want but I would just be more cautious as to what I did with my "celebrity status". I wouldnt be like Paris Hilton because she asks to be followed by exploiting herself in such a low class way..I would however want to be like Oprah, she is a great role model for young people, the paparazzi really dont bother her because she isnt in pictures showing the world her goods. America has always had a fascination for people who are scandulous.

Actually, i think PAris Hilton used the media to her advantage and look how she became famous for nothing.

I'd like to have lots of money, my family and I won't have to save to get whatever we want to get. But I don't want people taking pictures of whatever I do or following me around asking for signatures. I think winning the lottery should be good enough :) without being celebrity

I would never like to live as a celebrity even though I do have dreams of becoming a model. I really don't like for people to be all in my business, taking pictures of me when I am having my bad days, and just twisting all my business around in order to create some juicy gossip for the public to indulge in. My privacy is very precious to me so if I had to give that up in order to receive fame, I'll pass on the fame. Great question!

I know what you mean. Some tabloid gossips are usually just petty things that some photographers saw a celebrity do and turn it into a big deal. i dont want that as well.

I would love to be a celebrity. But I wouldn't want to be so big that everyone noticed me. You lose all your privacy and I wouldn't like that. But to be rich and not have to worry about money. You could always disguise yourself pretty good.

Thanks but no thanks lol. I want to be rich yes hahha, but not live the life of a glamour puss lol. I am now forty one and a half years old and I really value having privacy and a strong family life. I want the comforts without the glitz if you see what I mean. Look what happened to Princess Diana, look at Britney Spears how messed up she is. I don't envy them and I don't want to live a life like that. I prefer Mylot any day, eve if it pays me less lol. Great discussion though.

To get something you will have to lose something. If I become a celebrity..it is but natural I will have to lose my privacy...then I will become a public property. All the glitters is not gold. The celebrities we watch with lots of luxuries and high life style...are not always like that in their privte life also. They have to compromise lots and lots of thing to remain a good public figure.

I def. would not mind being a celebrity at all, in fact one career choice I am thinking about is tv/film acting. But I would hope to be a unique celebrity who doenst get busted a lot and act mean. I would donate a lot of money as often as I could afford, and I already talk about things I could get for my different family members! :) If I ever got rich and famous my nieces would be SOOO spoiled! :)

I definitely want to be a celebrity. I love the lifestyle and their glamorous life. Celebrities always have lots of money. Even if they barely work, they still earn a lot probably due to royalties and endorsement. I love to have expensive houses and wearing all those designer clothes. Furtheremore, the best part is you get to attend all those award shows wearing haute couture and expensive diamonds! Probably the downfall is you will lose your privacy. Everything you do will be scrutinized by the media and public. Sometimes it will drive you nuts like in the case of Britney! However, despite all that, I still want to be a celebrity!

I would love the benefits that celebrities have, but giving up my privacy is not worth it.

I wanted to be when I was young but now I changed my mind. Being a celebrity is a difficult task. You can't be yourself when you are a celebrity. But there are some exceptions, Efren "Bata" Reyes for me is a celebrity. He is the king of pool but somehow he manages to keep his foot on the ground.

I love to be simple as me and not to have a celebrity life where privacy is unknown to describe their lifestyle. While reading ENYA's biography, I read that she spent so much amount just to have privacy and still someone leaked on her securities. While I've heard most of the celebrities also want a simple life as a private person. So while people envy their celebrity status, the celebrities also envy the freedom that ordinary peoples have.

I'll pass. No celeb staus for me. Not that I wouldn't like to have or do some of the things they have. But I am not into popularity contests and trying to outdo everyone else to make myself look good. If I ever became famous, I would prefer to keep out of the spotlight and maintain my privacy.

No I don't dream of living like a celebrity. Their life is full scandals and they are public property.

I would like to be a celebrity for a day only. I dont think that I could go day in day out having so much attention being placed on my life. One day would suit me just fine.
