Why are you here? For money or for English? Are you happy here?

Initially I joined Mylot with a Curiosity! I wanted to see if this site really pays for the discussions or not! But within no time, without realising I got hooked to it and now I am in the forum, just to enjoy, relax and to have some good time! Here in this Community I have observed that the members are there from various countries, with various different back grounds, ages, professions and natures! But one thing I found common in all and that is they are warm, caring, have concern for your feelings and are generous! Some members are having really a good sense of humour too! All these things makes you to get addicted to this site ! Some discussions posted by the members are really thought provoking and you need to think for few minutes before answering them! I like to participate is such discussions. At the same time some are too casual and funny and going through such discussions makes your mood light! I some times leave a comment or two in such discussions! As far as money part is concern, I don't think this site is a great one for making money. I think majority of members on this site are having their main source of income in the form of either their job or business and they are here just to make some extra cents! So this site is is basically to pass your time in a relaxed manner and at the same time you can add some thing to your knowledge! es if you have an aptitude for psychology, this site is very good to study psychology of people in general! I too don't have any referrals so far , but still I am happy and I think I am being paid OK for my contribution to this site! So dear friend, concentrate to participate in the discussions with zeal and have some quality time on this site and enjoy this site! Wish you all the best!

at first joined mylot, i really interest a bout the money, but last i realize that is a bad idea to get money from my lot, its to hard to get $10 early. its not balance between the payment we get and the cost we spend to online here. in my country (indonesia) to access internet a hours u must pay Rp.3000 or US$ 0.30. and what u can buy with $10?! mylot is good to learn and practice enlish for them whose learn it, like me. i think when mylot population over the target, mylot maybe not pay us anymore. the owner maybe sold this site for a big money. to get more money, u should get a real work.

I am here to make a little bit of money and to also met new friends online.

i am here to make fruitful online friendship with people across the globe..... money comes as an added advantage

Enjoy discussions, Make friends and get connected to them...I think that would be more important than earning money.

I'm mostly here for earning a bit of extra cash while at the same time having fun talking to people and sharing my opinion (even if some people would rather not hear my opinion).

I am here for whatever good and positive thing Mylot has to offer.I'm a greedy person as far as positive things as well as cute fun is concerned.lol

Of course it would be nice if you get earn from referrals. For me, my earnings are practically all by my own effort. What to do? Active referrals are not easy to come by.

Hi,wonderfull! I almost envy you! You really do a good job here. I joined mylot about the same time as you did, but as you can see I earn much less. I'm here to practise English and the earning is just a bonus. I enjoy the warm atmosphere here.

I don't have referrals either but have to say that I am still happy as I enjoy beinga member, takig part and the fact that my opinions are valuable. i doubt even with referals you will get rich from it. i think the best way is to be here because you enjoy takig part and see the money you earn as a bonus rather than a wage.

you are doing a good job here in mylot friend..i became a member about 4 months ago as you can see in my profile and im nowhere near my goals here in my lot. I like mylot and i visit more often now than before because i earn money at the same time practice my English. And it also makes me feel better knowing i can talk out my problems here and express my opinions. Plus, i can talk of issues regarding what is happening to my country and there are a lot of my fellow countrymen here so it is truly a true community for me.

m here firstly forthe money....coz m egyptian so my first language is arabic.. and i feel bad when speeking another language than arabic..but m trieng to deal with it..
