Internet does its job pretty well but when it comes on security, it failed to do its job. I suggest that you used mozilla or opera. These two browsers are very safe to use. However, opera is much faster among IE and firefox.
Have a nice day and God speed!

They were born to screw up, they do it on purpose so that you need their support whenever it broke.
I agree with other responses here, You should use an open source browser in order to find more confinience in use or in support.

IE has many glitches since its beginning, it was designed to work with another MS products and part of it is bundled in the operational system to share functions with other products and things never go well.
Other browsers are able to perform by its own in a optimized way, they're faster and with less problems.
Try Firefox or Opera.

It screws up because it is made by Microsoft. All the things that are made by Microsoft (including Windows) always screw up when they are least expected to screw up. Use Firefox or Opera as an alternative to IE and if possible use Linux. It's better than Windows.
