Was Walsch really talking to God?

I've read the 3 CWG books and still re-reading them. Though the books have brought me very helpful insights in life, I came across really serious criticism of the material. Bottom line is, "Was Neale Donald Walsch really talking to God?" Or was he talking to somebody else--some ancient spirit guide or the devil himself?

I have enjoyed these 3 'Conversations with God' Books, and have had some great realizations while reading them. I'd have to say "these books have changed my life." I'm sure that Walsch was really talking with god when he wrote these books.

I too read the 3 Conversation with God books, and reread them often. To me this is God talking with modern man. The bible was written several thousand years ago by men with very little education (by today's standards.)There is no doubt in my mind that God talked with Neal Donald Walsch, in the 'Conversations with God,' trilogy, about the modern world, and told it as it is!
