We all know that watchign soap operas means having to buy into storylines that would never happen in real life. Are there some storylines that you just can't swallow no matter how often it's brought up?
I have a hard time with Erica and her kids. I mean, Kendall was supposed to be given up when? Alicia Minshew who portrays her was born in 1974 and Susan Lucci has been on the soap since 1970. When did this happen that we didn't see it? It's even worse with the original Kendall - Sarah Michelle Geller was born in 1977.

What really gets me is 'Spike' was born like 3 or 4 months ago and now he is almost a year old, lol. I'm sure this time next year he will be 5 years old, lol.
Now about the story lines....
I want to know whose idea it was to bring in Ava, Lily's twin. OMG, this character is so stupid that I turn the channel when her scene comes on. And the whole divorce think with Erica and Jack....come on get it over with! They are definitely dragging that one out!

I remember when Jack and Erica were married, one of the writers or someone made a promise that this one would last no matter what - ROFL!

What kills me about soap operas is the time span for pregnancy, we all wish that we had pregnancies just as short and their labor, please, most that go into it you would never believe that they have had children, they seem to be in so much pain, more than what is real.

Some of them have gotten better recently, but they usually want the delivery to coincide with a sweeps month, so it's shortened or lengthened accordingly. I remember one that went on a lot longer than it was supposed to, but I can't for the life of me remember wh it was.
